SecurEx SX-AC-P20545A Intrinsically Safe HID SIGNO Reader
The SX EX HID SIGNO READER is a member of our unique SX product family, which has been specifically designed for use in hazardous (Ex) environments. Robustly constructed and reliable, the reader works with either our door controller and access products or third-party ACU systems to provide a highly effective door status monitoring/access control solution in Ex classified hazardous areas.
The SX EX HID SIGNO READER unit consists of an HID SIGNO proximity card reader module housed in a robust Exd cast aluminium alloy copper-free enclosure with tempered glass viewing window enabling it to be used in Zone1, 2, 21 & 22 hazardous areas. The unit is supplied without a user cable or a certified Exd cable entry gland fitted. The installer/end user is responsible for supplying and fitting appropriate glands and cables to suit the installation.
