Trojan Surface Mounting Kit
TDL WHITE Surround
This mounting Kit is for those areas where you cannot recess the unit into the wall. It comprises of a mounting block and deep surround to allow for the surface mounting of the Prox and Em Rex® units and gives you a neat and professional finish to a surface mounting situation.
The surface mounting kit is to be used with the Prox Rex® and Em Rex® units to allow for the mounting on solid walls where the units cannot be recessed.
The kit is designed to give you the option to surface mount the units and still maintain the clean good looks of the standard product and not give you the unsightly look of a standard mounting block.
The kit is made up of a mounting block and deep surround which has basically the same dimensions as the standard surround but is twice the depth at 27mm
The mounting block type base allows for side entry and has wall fixing mounting holes which are elongated for ease of adjustment when squaring up.

- The hole size is 220mm H x 58mm W and has four clips for securing to the plaster board wall.
- Includes the flush box, 4 fixing clips and screws
- The flush box can be used to mark out the hole size to be cut in to the plaster board by using the four corner holes to mark the wall and then draw a line between the to cut to. This makes the installation very easy
